Michele’ suggestion: I got to know this coffee thanks to Piero from Greentide trading company, my supplier and friend of Caffettin. I chose it because the Dias Villela family firmly believe in sustainable process and they are focused on improving their qualities. He also believes in partnerships throughout the supply chain: with his employees, friends, producers, roasters, exporters and importers.
